Greenwich features many traditional patchwork techniques and showcases a beautiful mariners compass at its centre, surrounded by simple pieced borders and finished with a lovely border of flying geese. Creating the mariners compass is quite time consuming and requires patience and a methodical approach, but the pattern guides you carefully through the process. So dont be afraid, and whilst patchwork and quilting experience will help, why not have a go! The finished quilt measures 44 x 44 inches.
